My first time

Hi, let me share what I have this week for the water cooler. I finally activated my 'Z brush' program. Can't wait to get into that. For now I am using DAZ and Poser for my 3D creations. Doing some custom work with textures and creating my own with PSP. I love how free I can be in my creativity with these cross platform programs. But I have to tell you. 3D art is a lot harder then it looks. It takes hours and hours to just get the right morphs and everything to fit or work together. I have a great respect for these kind of artist. The time and talent it takes to create a simple character. The adding or creating texture like hair, skin, blood, dirt, and the details that show age and stress.  I could only imagine how long it takes to create and back drop or some of the technical machinery I have seen by some artist. I hope to be at there level some day.
Being a pencil and ink artist, I was always under the impression that 3D art was just a cut and paste art. Boy was I wrong. I am a quick learner, with a background in multimedia, my experience in film,  my work in promotions, production and news editing for TV studios, Photography and development, Printing press operator for news papers, tabloids  and Computer tech. I have found the learning curve quite steep. But like anything it will take time and practice to master this art.
My advantage over the learning curve comes from the fact that the love of my Wife is an accomplished international 3D artist (Mishara Armenia). She is my motivational cheerleader and inspirational  artisan guru. I am so lucky to have her as a wife and a teacher. Well I hope this is what I'm so pose to do in a blog.
I leave you in "Peace, Love, long life and Hopes of prosperity".
