UPDATE: Add the IRS to the list of federal agencies obtaining information from NSA surveillance. Reuters reports that the IRS
got intelligence tips from DEA's secret unit (SOD) and were also told
to cover up the source of that information by coming up with their own
independent leads to recreate the information obtained from SOD. So that
makes two levels of deception: SOD hiding the fact it got intelligence
from the NSA and the IRS hiding the fact it got information from SOD.
Even worse, there's a suggestion that the Justice Department (DOJ)
"closely guards the information provided by SOD with strict oversight,"
shedding doubt into the effectiveness of DOJ earlier announced efforts to investigate the program.

Because of arrogance and the unwillingness of the self serving Prosecutors, Politicians, Judges and / or law-enforcement to admit that they have made a mistake. Many Innocent people have been and are currently being wrongfully convicted. Most will be incarcerated and serve out the sentence that was handed to them, Others will spent the rest of their lives in prison. A great many cases the justice system convicted an individual and
sentenced them to death, but when the process that arrived at that
conclusion was reviewed, the conviction and sentence were thrown out.
The individual, who often came close to execution, could not even be
convicted of a traffic violation. Surely, that should be a cause of
concern in applying the death penalty.

By an irresistible urge to be creative, I draw freely upon my imagination to travel the worlds of Fantasy. by JR
Welcome to my mind. Let me tell you a little about myself. I was forged in the heat of the flames of the great Phoenix and resurrected from the smoke and ash known as Yuma... The only place on earth where lizards can burn their feet in the shady shadow of Saguaro Cactus.. I started my artistic journey at a very young age. At first I created capricious masterpieces by dipping my fingers into a solid pigment suspended in liquid. Which I then applied to many types of surfaces to form a hard coating of my whimsical imagery. Unfortunately my choices of canvas were not always appreciated. Shortly after my first steps, I discovered that by applying a thin graphite or colored wax to a surfaces. I could transfer my mental images to form a layer of radiant energy. There by bringing to life one of the forces of nature by the God given desire to create. Succumbing to the imagination, given free rein to enter into the realm of insanity to illustrate Fantasy. As my physical structure slowly erodes. My artistic curiosity has grown with experimentation in may different venues beyond hand drawn art.. From Photography, film, painting to writing short stories. With a new chapter being written in my life. I married the most wonderful woman who just happens to be an exclusive 3d artist. She has introduced me to the world of 3D art. I can honestly say that I love it....
